Let say two important phases . 1- LCP 2-NCP(IPCP) I am compiling ppp driver under linux ppp-2.4.1 source on my board of = speed 50 Mhz and trying to communicate with similar baud rate (9600) = soft controller working on Ghz . Acceptible --->it is delaying the packet negotiation in bothstates. for that i have made LCP -restart option 6 in place of default 3. After that LCP Phase is going smooth. But Still facing PROBLEM with IPCP .=20 I haven't seen the this kind of behaviour of first time.controller is = not at all responding for the packet. Only i am able to receive IPCP Req = packet in 3sec duration. If i make the IPCP-restart time 1 seec and configured for 150 iteration = ...then only i may able to receive one or two IPCP ACK ...I can change = only my board configuration but my Board is working fine with linux PC pentium 3. I am facing one problem pls try to give = me valid=20 solution.
 
Establishing PPP communication requires = transitioning a connection through several states.
 
Let say two important phases = .
1- LCP
2-NCP(IPCP)
 
I am compiling ppp driver under linux = ppp-2.4.1=20 source on my board of speed 50 Mhz and trying to communicate with = similar baud=20 rate (9600) soft controller working on Ghz .
 
 
Acceptible --->it is delaying the = packet=20 negotiation in bothstates.
 for that i have made LCP -restart = option 6 in=20 place of default 3.
       =20         After that LCP Phase is going=20 smooth.
 
But Still facing PROBLEM with IPCP . =
I haven't seen the this kind of = behaviour of first=20 time.controller is not at all responding for the packet. Only i am able = to=20 receive IPCP Req packet in 3sec duration.
