ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS The 29th Internet Engineering Task Force was held in Seattle, Washington during the week of 28 March through 1 April and was by far the largest meeting to date with nearly 800 attendees. Our local hosts for this meeting, Dan Jordt of NorthWestnet and Terry Gray of the University of Washington, did a wonderful job in pulling together all of the resources for the terminal room. Dan and Terry were not alone however, there were a number of other folks who were instrumental in carrying out the local host responsibilities. In particular, we would like to recognize the efforts of Chris Wheeler, Steve Bowman, Steve Corbato, Bruce Dugan, Jan Eveleth, Erik Hood and Kurt Parent all of NorthWestNet. The work of multicasting the various working group sessions gets more difficult with each successive meeting. Dave Boyes of Rice University volunteered to oversee the multicasting for the Seattle IETF. Dave flew out early and ran a training session for a large group of student volunteers to ensure that the multicasting quality remained high. Thanks Dave. Organizations providing equipment for the terminal room include: NCD X-Terminals USWest 10 MB and T-1 circuits cisco Systems Routers Sun Microsystems Workstations for the multicast effort To Debra Legare, Lois Keiper, Cynthia Clark and Terry Weigler, thanks so much for all your hard work before, during and after each meeting to ensure its success. This one was no exception. Megan Walnut IETF Meeting Coordinator
