Most of the issues from the draft-06 and draft-08 reviews have been addressed.

IMO, the exposed captured packet data leaf should be protected
with the 'nacm:default-deny-all' extension, but this leaf should
at least be mentioned in the Security Considerations section.

- leaf capture/frame/data:  The 'nacm:default-deny-all' extension
  should be used here since this leaf exposes frame contents
