Summary:
I have concerns about this document that I think should be resolved before publication.

Major Issues: 
1) In Section 3.1.1, is the format used for both "Standard Modes" and "Organizational Modes", or only for "Organizational Modes", with EUI used?  
2) Please check the explicit modes parameters in Section 3.1.2. There are mislalignments between Section 3.1.2 and the [I-D.ietf-ccamp-optical-impairment-topology-yang]. For example, the roll-off parameter in Section 3.1.2 is a half-precision floating point number but in [I-D.ietf-ccamp-optical-impairment-topology-yang] roll-off is decimal64. 
3) In Section 3.1.2, the WDM-Transceiver-Param sub-TLV is introduced to carry the Transceiver Type identifier and a minimum set of attributes from the "Explicit Modes" parameters, but no Transceiver Type is found in the format.  

Minor Issues:
1) Transceiver ModeID/ModeID is used in Section 1, but not used anywhere else. "Transceiver Mode" is mostly used in the draft. It is suggested to keep consistency throughout the draft.
2) Section 3.1.1, Incorrect reference, replace "section 2.5 of  [I-D.ietf-ccamp-optical-impairment-topology-yang]" with "section 2.6 of  [I-D.ietf-ccamp-optical-impairment-topology-yang]"
3) Section 3.1.2, Incorrect reference, replace "section 2.5.3 of [I-D.ietf-ccamp-optical-impairment-topology-yang]" with ""section 2.6.3 of [I-D.ietf-ccamp-optical-impairment-topology-yang]"
4) [I-D.ietf-ccamp-dwdm-if-lmp] is expired, inappropriate as reference material according to the statement in the Status of This Memo. 
5) [I-D.ggalimbe-ccamp-flexigrid-carrier-label] is expired, inappropriate as reference material according to the statement in the Status of This Memo. Besides, I found figure 3 in [I-D.ggalimbe-ccamp-flexigrid-carrier-label] is different but it is said in Section 3.1.2, "It is aligned on figure 3 in [I-D.ggalimbe-ccamp-flexigrid-carrier-label]". 


Nits: 
1) [G.694.1] is missing in the References Section.
