I have reviewed this document as part of the Operational directorate's ongoing effort to review all IETF documents being processed by the IESG. This standard track document specifies the conventions for using Edwards-curve Digital Signature Algorithm (EdDSA) for curve25519 and curve448 in the Cryptographic Message Syntax (CMS). This document is well written. It is READY with minor issues.
