Summary:
This document defines
   Instant Messaging (IM) identity KeyPurposeId for inclusion in the
   Extended Key Usage (EKU) extension of X.509 v3 public key
   certificates. Its main contribution is an ASN.1 module listed in Appendix A.

It well written, short, to the point.

Revision 03 removed all nits including ambiguous terms like operator in the Introduction. So the document is ready

as far as this reviewer is concerned.
