This Standard Track document defines a protocol that allows an HTTP client to
create a Layer 2 Ethernet tunnel through an HTTP server to an attached 
physical or virtual Ethernet segment. The document is well written.

However, there are a few detailed designs are still missing, such as the format of VLAN
identifier, how to guarantee the pre-configured destination MAC address or 
VLAN is reachable, what would be next if the pre-configured destination MAC 
address or VLAN is unreached, etc.
