Feedback and pointers from the authors have shown that my "Ad 5.2" item from my preceding ARTART LC review[1] was unwarranted.

I remain a bit concerned that technical concerns overlooked in WG procedures can be lost to the IETF if moderation actions are not balanced by attempts to pick it up after necessary moderation steps. A thread with the authors is ongoing[2].
