I previously reviewed revision -03 of this document. Looking into the diff against the current revision, I can't see anything but cosmetic changes, so I don't know what to review – all my comments and suggestions for -03 still apply.

I have one new comment: draft-ietf-netconf-list-pagination-07 expects protocol-specific documents including this one to define prefix bindings for XPath expressions appearing in the "where" parameter. This seems to be missing.
