I reviewed the document "Segment Routing Architecture" (draft-ietf-spring-segment-routing-13.txt) as part of the Operational directorate's ongoing effort to review all IETF documents being processed by the IESG. These comments were written primarily for the benefit of the operational area directors. Document editors and WG chairs should treat these comments just like any other last call comments. Intended status: Standards Track Current IESG state: In Last Call (ends 2017-11-30) IANA State: IANA OK - No Actions Needed Summary: The document defines the IGP, BGP and Binding segments for Segment Routing in MPLS and IPv6 data planes. The document looks good and does not cause any issues related to operations and management. There are a few outdated references to existing I-Ds in the document, which I think is no issue. It is commendable that a "Management Considerations" section has been provided, which I believe is very useful and contains pointers to drafts where further information can be found. The info is detailed enough for the level the draft is focusing on. Thanks, Mehmet
