1. Section 4 should explicitly discuss translating derived EC values when the corresponding RT values are translated between domains. Otherwise, the derived EC may retain an unintended association or disclose an internal identifier. I think the section already hints at this, but it should be made more explicit.

2. Section 4 should reference the filtering guidance in the Security Considerations of draft-ietf-idr-rfc4360-bis, as I believe the guidance in that document is applicable for this document as well.


As a general comment, acronyms, such as PE and VRF, should be expanded on first use. It would also be nice to have a reference to where those acronyms are defined.
