My only substantial remark is about the too quick mention of v4-via-v6 applicability to hosts.

I suggest to: 

  1. remove this mention from the introduction, and 
  2. offload somewhat more elaborated considerations on the matter in a dedicated section "Applicability to Hosts", to be placed near the end of the doc.
