This draft defines the MaxReachableLinkMetric and the "Unreachable Link support" capability to change the interpretation of LSLinkInfinity and MaxLinkMetric when calculating the default SPF. The body of the draft was short and well written. The abstract could do a better job of describing what the draft does though. I did not review Section 4.2 at all (the YANG module).
