I looked at the diffs between what I last reviewed and -10.  The draft has improved.

My only observation is that when a reviewer asks questions that the draft doesn't matter, it is often best to answer those questions *in the draft* rather than just in email.  There were a couple of questions I asked that would benefit from that.  I'd suggest that the authors look at doing that.
