If someone appeals your decision They need to do this in writing They make clear, concise statement of problem With separate backup documentation They make it clear that this is an appeal They make specific suggestions for remedy They do not try to jump the steps in the process Wait for specific response for each step Avoid personal attacks (in either direction!) |
